Long
Olga Shpuntenko is a technology-industry executive with an engineering background and an unusual combination of expertise in organisational design, digital products, and enterprise AI adoption. As a CHRO, she has led an in-house technology platform serving 11,000 users, worked closely with engineering teams on automation and process redesign, and now leads company-wide AI adoption.
